All our suites are super sized family rooms (over 50sq/ft in the ”Luxury Hotel’ and 80sq/ft in the ‘Lodge’) these accommodate up to 4 cats from the same family
All our prices include;
Food from our standard menu, daily grooming, quality litter tray, bedding toys, entertainment, dried biscuits and drinking water.
During the stay you will receive an update each week about your cats holiday. If you require more than one update per week please see our ‘VIP update package’

The Woodland Wing is one of the largest suites in the country This is a unique end suite with additional facilities, including extra outdoor multi facing balconies overlooking our woodland, super sized activity wall, two windows and a private ensuite TV. The ‘Woodland Wing’ is well over 100 sq/ft a truly luxurious, stimulating and spacious experience for those guests who love to stretch out.

Double rates are charged on Easter Sunday, Christmas day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.
Day of arrival , day of departure and all days booked are charged for. For very short stays we have a minimum charge of £54.00 per booking (3 days) this covers deep clean sanitising of our suites between guests.
Vaccinations and health
Our guest health is paramount. All guests must have current vaccination certificates for Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis. Certificates will be requested on arrival, we regret we cannot accept guests without these vaccinations. Please also ensure flea and worming treatments are up to date.
We are happy to administer medication for our guests, please let us know of any special needs or dietary requirements at time of booking.
Please pay when you collect after your cats holiday; we accept cards, cheques and bank transfers.
We require seven days notice in the event of a cancellation.
Cancellations with less than seven days notice may incur full charge balance to be paid, if the suite can be resold a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
Security is important to us, we are open by appointment, please contact us to arrange. On arrival our gates may be closed please use the intercom. We are closed to visitors on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Arrivals and departures are strictly within published opening times.

Fresh water will be available at all times and unlimited dried biscuits will be available all day on request.
Birthdays, Easter, Halloween, Christmas and New Year are all really special occasions at our hotel, we love to celebrate and make our guests stay even special, with your permission of course!!
